摘要 以STM32F103设计实现一种无刷直流电机控制系统,使用芯片内部硬件直通级联,在控制器与驱动电路之间加CPLD,减少传统保护方式中的响应延迟,提高系统的可靠性.试验结果表明,该系统在负载改变时最大静差为2%,超调量小于1%,稳定时间小于0.4s,实现在高速场合的稳定调速性能,提高无刷直流电机在较宽范围内转矩转速的高精度控制. The brushless DC motor control system was designed by using STM32F103 in this paper. The direct cascade was realized by using chip internal hardware. A piece of CPLD was applied to connect the controller and drive circuit. The system response delay with traditional protection method was reduced and the system reliability was improved. The testing results showed that the system maximum offset was 2 %, and overshoots was less than 1%, the stability time was less than 0.4 s. The Stable speed regulating in the occasions of high speed was achieved, and high-accuracy control of the brushless DC motor in a wider range of torque and speed was improved.
