低压永磁直流电机的传导电磁干扰模型 被引量:11

摘要 针对直流电机的高频阻抗特性复杂、建模困难这一问题,建立覆盖直流电机传导电磁干扰全频段的仿真模型。利用测量获得的电机端部阻抗频谱特性,建立准确反映电机高频阻抗特性的电路模型;在分析电机产生瞬态噪声电压机理的基础上,测取电机端部瞬态电压脉冲,建立电机传导电磁干扰仿真模型。仿真与实验结果表明,两者变化趋势一致,误差小于1.5%,验证了所建立的低压永磁直流电机的传导电磁干扰模型的正确性,该模型能够完全仿真永磁直流电机在0.15MHz~108MHz频率范围内的传导电磁干扰特性,具有很好的通用性,可用于对永磁直流电机传导电磁干扰的预测与分析。 The direct current motor with complex high-frequency impedance is difficult to model.In order to solve this problem,a simulation model of the direct current motor is established in this paper,and it can be used in the whole spectrum of the conducted electromagnetic interference(EMI).With the measured impedance spectrum characteristics,the circuit model which can evaluate the high frequency impedance characteristics accurately was established.Based on the mechanism of the motor transient voltage,the transient voltage pulse of motor ends was obtained by measuring.Then the conducted EMI model was established for the direct current motor.Simulation and experimental results show that their error is less than 1.5%,and the model is verified.This model is able to simulate the conducted EMI of the permanent magnet direct current motor in the frequencies band between 0.15 MHz and 108 MHz.It is commonality and can be also applied to analysis and prediction of the conducted EMI for the permanent magnet direct current motor.
