摘要
CBR是进行知识重用的一项重要技术,将CBR技术应用于飞机结构设计中,可以大量借鉴以往机型的设计 方案,提高飞机结构设计效率。本文研究面向飞机结构设计的CBR技术,通过对零件几何和非几何特征的组织构 造实例的表示模型,采用基于相似度的实例检索算法,通过实例的检索获得符合设计制造要求的最佳匹配实例。以 某机型机翼长桁为例进行验证。
CBR is an important technique which reuses knowledge. It is adopted in aircraft structure design to reuse design scheme and the efficiency of design is improved. The paper studies the aircraft-structure-design-oriented CBR technique. Our method constructs case representation model by organizing the geometric and non-geometric features of parts, and adopts the similarity-based retrieving in case retrieval algorithm. Finally an optimal case which meets the requirement of design and manufacture is obtained by retrieving cases. A certain kind of parts in aircraft wing assembly is used as an example to examine the algorithm.
