摘要 针对35CrMo电机转轴的轴伸端修复,根据力学性能要求确定了熔敷材料配方,开展了熔敷试件上熔敷金属的硬度、形貌和金相组织分析,选取合适的熔敷工艺参数实现了转轴的修补,保证了转轴轴向跳动和力学性能要求。 Aim to repairing of the extension part of 35CrMo motor shaft,the cladding material and its compositions for laser cladding were determined according to the requirement of the mechanical property.The hardness, morphology and microstructure of the laser cladded metal on the specimen were carried out. The shaft was repaired successfully by laser cladding using the determined process parameters.The axial runout and mechanical property of the shaft was ensured.
