摘要
激光热成形是非常复杂的热力耦合过程,本文将相似理论应用于激光热成形的研究,利用方程分析法推导出金属板材温度场相似所必须满足的相似准则。为了验证相似准则的有效性,对3块满足相似准则的金属板材进行了数值仿真。仿真结果表明,3块金属板材的温度场相似,并且其变形场也相似。
To obtain the deformation behavior in the laser forming, numerous experiments are needed. In the practical applications,sometimes the plates are huge and the expenses are high. To reduce the number and the expenses of the experiments,the similarity method is adopted, and the similarity conditions of temperature field are derived by equation analysis. To verify the validation of the similarity conditions, the numerical simulations of three plates that meet the similarity conditions are carried out. The simulation results suggest that the three plates have similar temperature and deformation fields. The method is of significance in reducing the experimental expenses and time for much larger plates.
