摘要
研究了激光熔覆工艺参数和Y2O3含量对航空发动机叶片铸造缺陷激光熔覆开裂敏感性的影响。结果表明,当激光工艺参数P=1.5kW,V=180、190mm/min,d=3mm以及Y2O3含量为1.5wt%时,可在铸造镍基高温合金叶片上获得无裂纹的修复涂层。当Y2O3含量高于或低于1.5wt%时,熔覆层内部或熔覆层表面产生裂纹。在最佳工艺参数条件下加入复合变质剂可进一步细化涂层的组织。
Effects of laser cladding parameters and content of Y2O3 on thermal crack sensibility of aeroengine blade with cast defect were studied. The results show that when P = 1.5kW, V = 180 and 190mm/min ,d = 3mm, content of Y2O3 is 1.5wt% ,the coating of laser cladding without crack can be obtained on the cast blade of high temperature Ni based alloy. When the content of Y2O3 is higher or lower than 1.5wt% ,crack will appear in inside or on the surface of the coating. Under the optimum laser cladding parameters, adding modifying agent can further fine the microstructure of coating.
