摘要 主要介绍了活性焦脱硫系统运行后,再生气出口管道存在少量的高温稀酸,而再生气出口管的不锈钢材质不耐高温稀酸的腐蚀,出现的不锈钢管于固定件的焊接处和法兰连接面渗漏稀酸的问题,同时造成现场卫生环境差,不符合厂部下达的现场管理要求。为此提出了将再生气降温后使用玻璃钢管的改进措施,这样改造后不仅再生气出口管腐蚀问题得到彻底解决,使脱硫系统的作业率大大提高,现场环境卫生也得到明显改善。 After operating the activated coke flue gas desulfurization system, small amounts of high temperature dilute acid are presented in the regenerated gas export pipeline, and then dilute acid leakage problems occurred at the stainless steel tube to the fixed piece welding and flange connection face, since the high temperature dilute acid corrosion to the regenerated gas outlet pipe stainless steel. While causing the site with poor sanitation, can not meet the requirement of factory issued about the site management. There- fore, the improvement measures of using glass tube after cooling for regenerated gas are proposed, so not only get regenerated gas outlet pipe corrosion problems are to be solved, but also the desulphurization system operation rate is greatly improved, and the environmental sanitation is improved obviously as well.
