摘要 介绍了活性焦烟气脱硫技术原理与其在有色冶炼环境集烟气及硫酸尾气净化中的应用情况。结果表明,活性焦脱硫技术适应有色冶炼脱硫工艺,环境集烟气和冶炼制酸尾气处理装置运行稳定、高效,实现了SO2减排、硫资源回收利用,打造了循环经济产业链。该技术适宜在我国有色冶炼烟气脱硫中大规模工业推广。 The paper introduces the fundamental principle of the technology that uses dry activated coke to remove sulfur from flue gas and the application of the technology in cleaning gas from non-ferrous smelting and sulfuric acid making.The results indicates that the technology is suitable for gas desulphurization of non-ferrous smelting process and the desulfurizing installations operate stably and efficiently,realizing the target of SO2 emission reduction,sulfur recovery utilization,energy saving,emission reduction and clean production.Therefore,the technology is suitable for popularization in gas desulphurization of domestic non-ferrous smelting industry.
