采用含碘活性炭法吸附硫酸厂尾气中SO_2的工业试验表明,当SO_2浓度在4000ppm左右时,在18小时的吸附周期内,SO_2的吸附率为100％,生成硫酸的浓度约35％。活性炭的吸附容量为19％左右。文章讨论了工艺流程、操作条件、设备选型及材料腐蚀问题。
The industrial-scale test showed that 100% adsorption efficiency was achieved in 18 h adsorption period from the tail gas containing 4000 ppm SO2. The concentration of sulphuric acid produced was 35% and the adsorption capacity was around 19%. The process arrangement, equipment selection andthe corrosion of construction materials are also discussed.
