摘要
采用新萃取体系 [2 0 %脂肪醇 (1#溶剂 ) -二甲苯 ]代替旧萃取体系 (纯甲苯或二甲苯 )从麻黄素配制料液和麻黄草浸出液 (草水 )中萃取麻黄素 ,研究了有关工艺 ,并建立了萃取分配模型如下 :α=1.79× 10 - 3exp ( -110 9.49/T+13 .0 1)v1+10 9.2 2 - p H研究表明 ,新萃取体系对麻黄素有更强的萃取能力 ,只需 4个理论级数即可使出口残液浓度降到 0 .0 0 6 %以下 ,萃取回收率从现在的 88%提高到 94%以上。
The extraction of ephedrine from the prepared ephedrine liquor and leaching solution of Ephedra equisetina grass by a new extraction system (20% fatty alcohol in xylene or kerosene) was conducted,and the technological conditions were studied.The extraction distribution coefficient was expressed as follows: α =1.79×10 -3 exp (-1109.49/ T +13.01) φ v1+10 9.22-pH The extraction cascade experiments showed that the yield could increased from 88% to 94% comparing with the old process.
