摘要
建立了盐酸伪麻黄碱中有关物质的HPLC测定法。以苯基硅胶柱为色谱柱,甲醇-11.6g/L醋酸铵溶液(6∶94,用冰醋酸调至pH4.0)为流动相;检测波长257nm。4种有关物质的分离度均大于2。方法检测限为2.4~5mg/ml。方法的精密度好。
A HPLC method for determination of related substances in pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (1) waspresented. A Hypersil C6H5 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-11.6g/L ammonium acetate solution(6∶94, pH4.0, adjusted with glacial acetic acid) at detection wavelength of 257nm. The resolution factors of 1 with fourrelated substances were large than 2. The detection limit was 2.4~5mg/ml.
