摘要
针对Mn13钢种在板坯连铸生产时发生表面纵裂纹缺陷的问题,结合Mn13材料凝固的特点,在工业生产中对浇铸过热度、拉速、水口对中、水口插入深度等工艺参数进行摸索,优化了保护渣化渣条件,保证了液渣在弯月面的均匀流入,改善了结晶器润滑与铸坯传热,控制了初生坯壳生长的均匀性,从而解决了Mn13板坯的表面纵裂纹缺陷,实现了Mn13的板坯多炉连铸生产,提高了铸坯合格率,由50%以下提高到96%。
According to the solidification characteristics of Mnl3, this paper introduces the solutions to the longitudinal cracks on the slab surface of Mnl3 generated during continuous casting. Through the adjustment of process parameters including the superheat, casting speed, alignment of SENs and immersion depth of SENs, and the optimization of the melting conditions of the mould flux, the uniform flow of the liquid slag into the meniscus has been ensured, the lubrication of the mould and the thermal transmission of slabs have been improved and the uniform growth of the slab shell has been achieved. As a result, multi-heat continuous casting of Mnl3 slabs has been realized with the yield ratio of slabs increasing from 50% to 96%.
