摘要
研究了从 2 0 J/ cm2 到 2 5 0 J/ cm2 等一系列冲击载荷作用下 ,高锰钢的加工硬化规律。结果表明 ,只有在冲击载荷大于 2 0 0 J/ cm2 时 ,才能发挥出最高的加工硬化效果。在加工硬化状态下 ,薄膜透射电镜观察和 X射线结构分析未发现形变诱发马氏体存在 ,说明高锰钢的加工硬化机理是在外力作用下 。
The mechanism has been studied under impact loads from 20 J/cm 2 to 250 J/cm 2 It is concluded that the best work hardening effect is occurred only until impact load higher than 200 J/cm 2 By thin film TEM observation and X ray structure analysis no deformation inducing martensite has been observed,and it is shown that the work hardening of high manganese steel is due to high density dislocation in austenite formed under external force
