摘要
对优质碳素钢热轧线材试样的“颈缩”部位组织进行电镜观察、夹杂物微区成分分析等检测,发现“颈缩”处存在大于50μm的非金属夹杂物,分析认为出现“颈缩”现象的原因是夹杂物过大和存在成分偏析。
To carry out SEM observation and analyze microstructure of inclusion micro-region at the necking section of hot rolled quality carbon steel wire rod sample with neck-down. More than 50μm non-metallic inclusions are observed at necking section. It is considered by analysis that the cause for necking is overlarge inclusion and component segregation.
