摘要
目的:预防下睑袋整形术后睑外翻和下睑凹陷等并发症。方法:术中保留适量眶脂肪并充填眶下缘,缩紧眼轮匝肌,以加强下睑的支撑力。结果:本组80例,60例获随访6个月至3年,除1例因皮下血肿引起轻度睑外翻外,其余均获得满意效果。结论:睑袋整形术中保留适量眶脂肪、缩紧眼轮匝肌可提高手术效果。
Objective To prevent lower eyelid pouches and ectropion following lower eyelid blepharoplasty.Methods Since 1996,80 patients with lower eyelid bag were treated using comprehensive techniques.The orbital fat was preserved and advanced beyond the infraorbital rim during the operation.Wedge-shaped excision of the orbicularis oculi muscle flap was tightened or fixed to superior-lateral direction.Results A total of 60 patients were carried out follow-up for 6 months to 3 years.Of them one patient developed unilateral reversible lower eyelid ectropion due to subcutaneous hematoma.The rest obtained satisfactory cosmetic results and without complications.Conclusion The method could improve the result of operation.
