摘要
建立了某载货车车架的有限元模型,通过Hyperworks对其进行模态分析,得到该车架的固有频率及振型特征,在保证车架低阶模态性能的前提下,以总质量为目标,对车架纵横梁的尺寸进行优化。
In this paper,a finite element model of a frame is established.The modal analysis is made by Hyperworks,and then we get the natural frequency and vibration characteristic of the frame.Aiming at the minimum total mass,the size of the longitudinal beams and the traverse beams is optimized and a constraint of meeting the modal performances.
