摘要
云南某难选铜矿石氧化率达到14%~17%,矿石中黄铜矿与黄铁矿和磁黄铁均是细粒、微细粒不均匀嵌布,且常被脉石矿物包裹。采用粗磨-铜硫混选-混合精矿细磨后分离的浮选流程进行了试验,分别得到铜精矿、硫产品,其中,铜精矿的铜品位为21.65%,回收率78.68%,含砷0.44%;硫产品硫品位23.28%,回收率66.13%,且贵金属金银在铜精矿中得到富集。
The oxidation ratio of a refractory copper ore from Yunnan reaches 14% to 17% , in which the chalcopyrite, pyrite and pyrrhotite are fine and unevenly embedded, and the chalcopyrite is generally packed by the gangue minerals. A flowsheet consisting of coarse grinding, the mix floatation of copper and sulfur, the separation of bulk concentrate after regfinding was experimented to process the ore, the experiment obtained a cop- per concentrate having a copper content of 21.65% and recovery of 78.68% and a arsenic content of 0.44%, and a sulfur product having a sulfur content of 23.28% and recovery of 66.13%, the noble metal of gold and silver could be enriched in the copper concentrate.
