摘要
根据甘肃某低品位难选铜矿石的特点,进行了铜硫混合浮选、混合精矿铜硫分离条件研究,试验确定的工艺技术条件可有效解决次生硫化铜含量高所造成的铜硫难以分离问题。在铜硫混合浮选磨矿细度为-0.074mm占70%、铜硫混合精矿再磨细度为-0.043 mm占90%的情况下,采用1粗2精1扫混浮铜硫、铜硫混合精矿再磨后1粗1扫2精铜硫分离、中矿顺序返回流程处理该矿石,最终可获得铜品位为16.25%、回收率为63.92%的铜精矿,以及硫品位为37.45%、回收率为80.10%的硫精矿。
In view of a low grade refractory Cu-S ore characteristics, the separation conditions of Cu-S bulk flotation and separation flotation of Cu-S were studied, the technological conditions which was determined can solve effectively the problem that the difficulty of Cu-S separation due to high content secondary copper sulphide. In the condition of the grinding fineness of Cu-S bulk flotation was 70% -0. 074 mm and the regrinding fineness of Cu-S concentrate was 90% -0. 043 ram, the process flowshect with once roughing, twice cleaning and once scavenging of Cu-S bulk flotation, the Cu-S concentrate after reginding with once roughing, twice cleaning and once scavenging of Cu-S separation , middlings return in order was adopted, the test result can be obtained: Cu concentrate with copper grade 16. 25% and recovery 63.07%, S concentrate with sulfur grade 37. 45% and recovery 80. 03%.
