摘要
分析了青海省某铜矿的主要矿物组成,针对其有用矿物为黄铜矿及诺硫铁铜矿,且铜大部分以原生矿形式存在的铜原矿,进行了捕收剂种类、铜硫分离等探索性浮选试验,并进行了闭路流程试验,确定最佳选别流程及药剂制度,并最终得到铜品位为17.41%,回收率为88.88%的铜精矿;硫品位为35.71%,回收率61.86%的硫精矿。
The main mineral components of a copper ore from Qinghai province were analyzed.In view of the valuable minerals in the copper ore being chalcopyrite and chalmersite and most copper existing in primary minerals,exploratory flotation experiments on species of collector,separation of copper and sulfur,as well as closed circuit flow-sheet experiment were carried out.The optimal separation flow-sheet and reagent system were determined.A copper concentrate with copper grade of 17.41% and a recovery rate of 88.88%,a sulfur concentrate with sulfur content of 35.71% and a recovery rate of 61.86% were obtained.
