摘要
目的探讨医护合作单元在脑梗死患者健康教育中的应用与效果。方法组成医护合作单元,制订健康教育制度,根据健康教育流程及健康教育手册内容实施健康教育,每位医生和护士负责相对固定的一组患者,每位患者的健康教育工作由其主管医生和责任护士合作完成。结果患者健康教育首次评分和出院评分均有提高(P<0.01);患者出院后3个月依从性(除烟酒嗜好)提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论医护合作单元的健康教育方法能有效提高脑梗死患者健康教育质量。
Objective To explore the application and effects of doctor - nurse collaboration unit system in health education of cerebral infarction patients. Methods The cooperation unit was formed by a dotor and a nurse, and the new health education system was developed. The health education was complete ac- cording to the new health education flow. One unit was responsible for a relatively fixed group of patients, each patientg health education was conducted by his at- tending physician and responsible nurse. Results Both the first score of heahh education and the score before discharge were improved （ P 〈 O. O1 ）. The rates of patients＂ treatment compliance （ except smoke and alcohol addiction） in 3 months after discharge were also improved （ P 〈 0. Ol or P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion The quality of health education can be significantly improved with the doctor - nurse collaboration unit system.
