摘要
目的:评估护理专业学生对学习环境的满意度,为改善护理教育环境提供依据。方法:采用医学教育环境测量工具对护理专业343名本科生进行护理专业教育环境调查。结果:护理专业学生对教育环境评价总分为(132.16±18.06)分,对总体教育环境比较满意。结论:其护理教育环境处于较好层面,在教育教学中只有发挥教育环境中教师知识丰富、师生关系良好、教学制度完善等的优势作用,克服不利因素,才能营造一个优良的护理专业教育环境。
Objective： To evaluate the nursing students＇ satisfaction level with learning environment, and then provide basis for improving nursing education environment. Methods： The Chinese version of Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure （DREEM） was used to investigate 343 students＇ satisfaction with nursing education environment. Results： The general score of DREEM was 132.16±18.06. Nursing students were satisfied with the overall education environment. Conclusion： Our nursing education environment was at a good level. We should promote our advantages in teaching, such as knowledgeable teacher team, good relationship between teachers and students, standard teaching system, etc, and overcome obstacles to build a better nursing education environment.
