摘要
良好的临床综合素质及医患沟通能力对临床医学生今后从事医疗工作至关重要,有利于临床医疗和教学工作的顺利进行。针对目前临床实习生诊疗能力及医学生沟通技能的现状,探讨了如何在临床带教中注重加强临床实习生诊疗能力和医患沟通能力的培养,以提高医学生的临床综合素质和医患沟通技巧。有助于减少医疗纠纷,构建和谐医患关系。
Satisfactory clinic comprehensive qualities and doctor-patient communication are very important for medical students in clinical medical work, they arc conducive to clinical therapy and clinical teaching, In view of the status quo of medical students＇ medical skills and doctor- patient communication skills, this article discusses how to train the medical skills and doctor- patient communication capability of interns to raise their comprehensive clinical quality and doctor-patient communication ability.It will do good for constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship as well as reducing medical disputes.
