摘要
通过问卷调查了解临床教学中医患沟通面临的问题。结果表明有73.0%的实习医生主动与病人沟通,67.3%的实习医生要做沟通前的准备,62.0%的实习医生认为医患沟通有助于临床实习,理论知识和病人信任的缺乏是医患交流的主要问题。因此,医患沟通是临床教学中培养适应现代医学模式转变的合格医学人才的重要手段。
Objective ： To realize the problems faced with medical students in doctor-patient communication, and to find out the ways to improve the clinical teaching through doctor-patient communication. Methods： The problems faced with medical students in doctor-patient communication were researched by questionnaire for their possible solution. Results. 73% of the interns have their initiative communication with their patients, and 67.3% of the interns have made preparations for the intercommunication, 62 % of them have accepted doctor-patient communication as beneficial to their clinical practice though short of knowledge and confidence from patients are the most difficult problem. Conclusion： Doctor-patient communication is the important approach to cultivate eligible medical talents who adapt to the contemporary medical pattern in clinical teaching.
