摘要
目的 :解决目前选修课程设置较为随意 ,缺乏系统性和规范性的问题。方法 :通过定性与定量研究与分析 ,了解现行课程的利弊 ,重新调整与组建选修课内容 ,并通过专家咨询法、专家评分法、优序图权重法、直线加权线性综合法等科学的方法进行筛选、论证 ,最后按其课程的性质、目的、功能进行分类。结果 :建立了军医大学五年制临床医学本科新的选修课程体系 ,并制订了试行方案。结论 :此课程体系将对培养适应社会需要、具有较宽专业知识和较强创新能力的优秀军队医学人才发挥积极作用 。
Objective:At apresent,without it own system,the option course lock of systemation and standardization.Methods:we realized current course have many disadvantages and readjust and recombine option course content by experts consultation.Delphi method,precedence chart and straight,plus method carry out sift through,testify,According to quality and aim of course prosecute classification.Results:The entire option course has been preliminarily formulated.Atentative plan has been worked out in this study.Conclusion:The system formulated in this study may play an important role in cultivating medical talents's rich specialty knowledge and innovative adilities.For the electives reform of other military medical universities,and this system may be used for reference.
