摘要
针对报废轿车的拆解和回收,提出了多功能拆解平台的设计思路,该方案综合考虑了拆解效率、能耗、环境保护等多种因素.在分析报废汽车拆解工艺流程的基础上,结合各类小型乘用车外形、尺寸特征,设计了一种适合各类小型报废乘用车拆解的多功能拆解平台,产品在相关企业得到了实际应用,取得了可观的经济效益和社会效益.
Considering the efficiency, power wastage and environmental protection, a design project to dismantle end-of-life vehicle (ELV) was offered. Based on the analysis of disassembling process and considering the shape and dimension of a car, a muhifunctional unit to dismantle ELV was designed, and its main parameters were calculated.
