摘要
文章讨论了成功的开放存取出版期刊平台在保证学术质量方面所做的工作、采取的措施、形成的机制。在借鉴成功经验的基础上提出了基于制度视角的开放存取学术期刊质量控制模型。
The paper studies the established open access platforms and discusses their practices in publications＇ academic quality control. From the perspective of system managing and policy making, the paper establishes a content quality control model based on those successful open access platforms.
