摘要
从版权交易角度指出,开放存取期刊是一种新型的网络出版模式;并从版权管理目的、许可合同内容、版权保护侧重点、责任承担机制和许可协议法律地位等5个方面,对开放存取期刊与商品化电子期刊版权管理的特点进行比较分析,提出保护开放存取期刊版权的对策。
In the view of copyright exchange, this paper addresses that open access journal is a new model of web publication. Then the paper makes a comparative study on the copyright management between open access journals and common commercialized journals in five aspects, such as the purpose of copyright management, the content of permission contract, the focus of copyright protection, the responsibility mechanism and the legal statutes of permission agreement. In the meanwhile, the countermeasures for copyright protection of open access journals ate briefly presented.
