情志调护对PTSD恐惧“胎损”的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过查找PTSD恐惧应激调护的文献资料,探索中医情志调护干预对PTSD恐惧"胎损"的影响。方法对国内外有关中医情志对PTSD恐惧"胎损"应激调护的文献和实验研究进行全面整理研究,探索中医情志调护对PTSD恐惧"胎损"干预的机制。结果 PTSD恐惧对子代的生长发育等多方面具有重要影响。结论情志调护对PTSD恐惧"胎损"造成的伤害有较好的治疗和预防作用。 Objective To explore the influence of emotion nursing intervention with traditional Chinese medicine on PTSD fear "fetal injury" ,by searching the literature material about the post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)fear stress nursing.Methods An overall study was collected and developed on the foreign and domestic literature material and experimental research about emotion nursing intervention with traditional Chinese medicine on PTSD fear "fetal injury" to explore the intervention mechanism of emotion nursing with traditional Chinese medicine for PTSD fear "fetal injury". Results PTSD fear has an important influence on offspring growth development and oth- er aspects.Conclusion Emotion nursing plays a good role in the treatment and prevention for PTSD fear "fetal injury".
