摘要
目的观察循证情志护理对耻骨直肠肌综合征术后神经牵涉痛的干预作用。方法选取耻骨直肠肌综合征术后患者,随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组行常规护理,观察组给于循证情志护理,对比2组护理满意度及疼痛评分。结果观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),在疼痛缓解方面观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耻骨直肠肌综合征术后神经牵涉痛实施循证情志护理,能明显提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of emotional nursing care on the postoperative nerve referred pain of puborectal syndrome.Methods The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given emotional nursing under the guidance of evidence-based nursing concept.The scores of nursing satisfaction and pain were compared.Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group In pain relief（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Pubicrectal syndrome postoperative nerve referred pain to implement the concept of evidence-based nursing care,the effect is better,can significantly alleviate postoperative pain,improve patient quality of life.
