非酒精性脂肪肝患者发生2型糖尿病危险因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者发生2型糖尿病的危险因素。方法本院收治的非酒精性脂肪肝患者68例,包括非酒精性脂肪肝伴初诊2型糖尿病患者35例(实验组)和单纯性非酒精性脂肪肝患者33例(对照组)。比较2组患者性别、年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、血压、糖尿病家族史及吸烟史、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHOL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、载脂蛋白(APOAI)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、空腹静脉血浆葡萄糖(FBG)、血清胰岛素(FNS)。结果对照组中吸烟人数、有糖尿病家族史人数的比例明显低于实验组(P<0.01)。2组BMI、FBG、FNS、TG、CHOL、LDL、HDL、APOAI、ALT水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论吸烟、糖尿病家族史、BMI、FBG、FNS、TG、CHOL、LDL、HDL、APOAI、ALT为影响NAFLD患者发生2型糖尿病的危险因素。 Objective To explore the risk factors of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in patients with type II diabetes. Methods 68 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into 2 groups: 35 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver combined with type Ⅱ diabetes were designed as experimental group, and 33 cases of simple non-alcoholic fatty liver were de- signed as control group. The gender, age, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, family history of diabetes and history of smoking, triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (CHOL), low-density lipopro- tein (LDL), high density lipoprotein (HDL), apolipoprotein (APOAI), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), gamma-glutamyl GGT (GGT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), fasting venous plasma glucose (FBG), serum insulin (FNS) were compared between 2 groups. Results The number of smokers and the ratio of family history of diabetes in the control group were significantly lower than that in the experimental group (P 〈 0.01 ). Differences on BMI, FBG, FNS, TG, CHOL, LDL, HDL, APOAI, ALT levels between 2 groups were statistical significance (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Smoking, family history of diabetes, BMI, FBG, FNS, TG, CHOL, LDL, HDL, APOAI, ALT are the risk factors for onset of type Ⅱ diabetes in NAFLD patients.
