摘要
以直齿轮为研究对象,采用ANSYS进行了热模态分析。首先,以摩擦热和对流为热载荷对整个齿轮进行稳态热分析,然后考虑热应力,进行模态分析。而且对不考虑温度变化时与考虑温度变化的固有频率进行对比分析。结果表明,对于钢齿轮,温度变化产生的热应力是使固有频率变化的主要原因。
Regarding a spur gear as the object, the thermal modal analysis was carried out by applying ANSYS. The steady state thermal analysis for the entire gear has been done by taking friction heat and convection as thermal load. Then, the modal analysis was carried out by considering the thermal stress. The comparative analysis for the natural frequencies with/without the temperature change is considered has been carried out. The result of this study shows that, for the steel gear, the thermal stress produced by the variation of temperature is the main reason of natural frequency change.
