摘要
通过ANSYS对渐开线齿轮齿面摩擦生热过程进行有限元分析,利用APDL语言建模与加载,模拟出啮合齿面各部位热量的产生和传递关系,确定齿轮温度的大小和分布,探索齿轮在工作过程中,由于热载荷集中导致齿轮齿面胶合产生的可能性,为分析齿轮机构的热应力、热变形提供可靠的温度场数据。
This paper analyzes the frictional heat generation on the tooth surface of involute gear with ANSYS finite element software, Model is built and loaded by the use of APDL language. The process of heat generation and transmission on the tooth surface of mesh is simulated ,also the temperature and its distribution are obtained. The paper explores the possibility of tooth surface agglutination which results from concentrated thermal load. Some data of temperature field are provided for analyzing heat stress and temperature distortion of gear mechanism.
