摘要
柴油机作为船用主机需满足全工况工作的性能要求,为了改善其低工况性能,对柴油机进行了相继增压系统的改造,达到了体积小、结构简单、易于维修、可靠性高的设计目的。在此基础上进行了相继增压柴油机的计算,确定了相继增压的切换点,并对改造后的柴油机进行了螺旋桨特性、限制特性、万有特性的试验研究,分析了柴油机1TC工况与2TC工况不同特性的动力性能与经济性能。
As the main marine engine, diesel engines have to meet all performance requirements in work conditions. In order to improve the performance in low operating conditions, the conversion with the sequential turbocharging system is done for diesel engines, reaching the design aim of small volume, simple structure, easy to repair and high reliability. On the basis of the model, the STC diesel engine is calculated and the sequential turbochanging switch point is determined Then based on the experimental study of propeller, limiting and universal characteristics of the diesel after transformed, the changes of power and economic on working conditions of l TC and 2TC when the diesel works in the different conditions has been analyzed.
