摘要
针对采用RQV调速器、进气中冷器以及MPC排气系统的废气涡轮增压柴油机进行研究,提出了其动态工作的仿真模型。利用所提出的模型编程计算了柴油机油门突增和负荷突减2种典型工况下调速器齿条位移、柴油机转速、有效扭矩和有效比油耗的瞬时变化。结果表明:该废气涡轮增压柴油机动态仿真模型可用来详细研究该类柴油机的动态工作过程,能够为研究、设计及改进柴油机性能提供一种新的途径。
The dynamic simulation model of an exhaust - gas turbocharged diesel engine is presented in this paper. The diesel engine uses the RQV regulator, intakes intercooler and MPC outlet system. By using this model and programming calculating, the variations of rack position, engine rotation speed, effective torque and specific fuel consumption with time are simulated under the conditions of abrupt increment of throttle and abrupt reduction of load. The examples show that this model can be used to simulate the dynamic working process of the diesel engine, so a new method for the research, design and improvement of diesel engine is provided.
