螺旋桨特性数值预报及其验证

The Prediction of Propeller Performance Characteristics and Its Validation

摘要 本文就中国船舶科学研究中心螺旋桨软件系统中关于其敞水特性、调距桨畸变、转叶力矩、非设计工况下性能预报以及螺旋桨在非均匀流场中非定常力预报与相应的模型试验作了校核对比,或与国际组织的比较计算作了对比。目的是验证这些软件对工程的适用性。 The prediction of open water characteristics for sixteen propellers was carried out by means of the lifting line programme. Deformation of blade sections for a controllable-pitch propeller (CPP) and its performance at off-design condition were calculated by CPP programme as weli. The same CPP programme was used to calculate spindle torgue for three CPP. All above numerical results were compared with experimental results for corresponding propeller models. On the whole, comparison shows satisfactry agreement.Finally, fluctuation of thrust for one blade of a propeller operating in a nonuniform wake field was predicted and compared with results from several research institutes abroad.Above comparison indicates those programmes, which are the part of propller software package developed in CSSRC, are available. Also, special emphasis should be given to the validation of the softwares for their further enginecring applications.
