摘要
总结一种下眼袋整复术的有效治疗方法。方法 :选择对我们 6 3例下眼袋行结膜入路及不去除眶内脂肪的整复病人进行分析。结果 :有令人满意的近期及远期效果。结论 此术式术中损伤小 ,术后无可见瘢痕 ,远期无下睑空虚或潜在的眼球下沉表现。但需注意手术适应证的选择。
Objective:To summarize one effective treatment.of lower eyelid blepharoalasty. Method:Operatiobns of lower eyelid blepharoalasty in a group of 63 patients with orbital fat preservation of transconjuctval fornix. Result:the effect of early and later was satisfacting. Conclusion:Less trauma in operation,invisal scar in pastoperation and without later lower eyelid depression and latent eyeball descent. Careful selection of operating indication.
