摘要
作者近四年来经下睑结膜面切口整复中青年眼袋９８例，共１９３只眼袋。其中有４例曾作过去皮眼袋整复术术后眶脂消除不理想。术中先向小房内注入少量麻药再游离摘除脂肪以减轻牵拉反应。切除的脂肪量明显大于自动溢出的脂肪量。随访３个月～３年，手术后突出的眶脂完全消失９５例；术后嘱患者双眼向上注视仍见少量眶脂突出者３例；术后出现短暂复视现象１８例。效果满意。文中对脂肪量的切除及术中、术后的有关注意事项谈了作者的体会。
Through a lower eyelid conjunctiva incision, 98 cases of eye bags(193 eyes) of the young and middle-aged were corrected in recent 4 years, including 4 patients who had once underwent a skin-excisional lower eyelid blepharoplasty but failed to have the orbital septum fat eliminated. During operation, a little anaesthetic was applied before removing the fat to lessen the reaction of dragging. The amount of fat removed should be greater than that of spilt out spontaneously. After 6 month to 3 year's follow up the results were satisfactory results: in 95 of them the protruded orbital fat completely vanished and only in 3 cases there leaved some slight fat protrusion, and 18 had a transient diplovision. The technique and precautions to operations are also presented.
