摘要
目的 :评估高能超脉冲CO2 激光经结膜内切口治疗眼袋的临床效果。方法 :在局麻下用高能超脉冲CO2 激光经结膜内切口治疗 38例眼袋 ,选用光斑大小为 0 .2mm ,具脉冲性 ,输出功率为 12～ 16W的激光。结果 :平均手术时间为12～ 15min ,所有病例术后无出血、皮下淤瘢、下睑外翻、流泪及感染等短期并发症。随访 3～ 6个月 ,其中 35例有满意的效果 ,3例不满意 ,其中有 1例两侧眼睑不对称 ,另 2例下睑皮肤仍有松弛皱纹存在。满意率达 94 .7%。结论 :高能超脉冲CO2 激光经结膜内切口治疗眼袋是一种简便、安全、可靠的方法 ,但是必须严格掌握适应证 :年轻的。
Objective:To study the therapy effectiveness of trans conjunctival lower blepharoplasty with ultrapulse CO 2 laser.Methods:Since 1999,38 cases have been presented for trans conjunctival lower bleparoplasty with ultrapulse CO 2 laser,there was chosen ultrapulse parameter of 0.2 mm light spotsize,12～14 watts power. Follow up ranged from 3 to 6 months.Results:Average time of the operation was about 10～15 minutes,there were no complications about bleeding,ecchymosis,ectropion,epiphora,and infection. After follow up ranged from 3 to 6 months,we showed satisfactory appearance on 35 cases,and unsatisfactory that on 3 cases. One of the unsatisfactory cases was improved markedly after underwent the second treatment. The satisfactory rate is up to 94.7%.Conclusion:It is simple,security and effective procedure about trans conjunctival lower blepharoplasty with ultrapulse CO 2 laser. However,the indication is that there is no dermatolysis of lower eyelid.
