异丙酚抗惊厥作用的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 比较异丙酚和硫喷妥钠对印防己毒素和荷包牡丹碱诱发的惊厥的影响。方法 :NIH小鼠 ,随机分为对照组 ,腹腔注射生理盐水 0 .1ml/ 10g ;异丙酚组 ,腹腔注射异丙酚 2 5mg/kg、5 0和 10 0mg/kg ;硫喷妥钠组 ,腹腔注射硫喷妥钠 12 .5mg/kg、2 5和 5 0mg/kg。尾静脉持续输注印防己毒素和荷包牡丹碱诱发小鼠惊厥 ,测定各组小鼠的惊厥阈值。结果 :异丙酚及硫喷妥钠各剂量组均使小鼠印防己毒素和荷包牡丹碱惊厥阈值升高 (P <0 0 1) ,且呈剂量相关。相同镇静剂量的异丙酚与硫喷妥钠比较 ,异丙酚升高小鼠荷包牡丹碱惊厥阈值的作用强于硫喷妥钠 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而异丙酚对小鼠印防己毒素惊厥阈值的作用弱于硫喷妥钠 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :异丙酚对小鼠印防己毒素和荷包牡丹碱诱发的惊厥具有和硫喷妥钠相似的抗惊厥作用。 Objective:To observe the effect of propofol on the convulsion induced by picrotoxin and bicuculline, and compared this effect with thiopentone. Methods:One hundred and twelve NIH mice were randomly divided into control groups、 propofol groups and thiopentone groups. 0.9% saline were given as control. Doses of propofol 25、 50、 100 mg/kg were administered in the propofol groups. In the thiopentone groups, thiopentone 12.5、 25、 50 mg/kg were give. These drugs were administered intraperitoneally. Picrotoxin and bicuculline were infused continuously through tial vein to induce convulsion. The convulsant threshold were determined in all groups.Results:Copampared with control group, Propofol as well as thioptentone increased convulsant threshold of mice in a dose dependent manner ( P <0.01). Conclusion:Propofol has similar anticonvulsant effect to thiopentone induced by picrotoxin and bicuculline.
