粳稻挥发性成分测定条件的优化研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON THE OPTIMAL CONDITIONS OF ANALYZING VOLATILE COMPONENTS IN JAPONICA RICE

摘要 采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)-气质(GC-MS)联用法对粳稻挥发性成分进行分析,优化萃取温度、萃取时间、平衡时间、样品量、解析时间和载气流量等萃取条件,用100μm PDMS、50μm DVB/CAR/PDMS和75μm CAR/PDMS 3种固相微萃取头进行萃取效果的比较。结果表明:测定粳稻谷挥发性成分的最优条件为选用50μm DVB/CAR/PDMS固相微萃取头、样品量20g、萃取温度80℃、平衡时间60min、萃取时间45min、解析时间5min、载气流速60mL/min。 The volatile components in japonica rice were analyzed by headspace solid phase micro--extraction (HS--SPME) coupled with gas chromatography--mass spectroscopy(GC--MS). The conditions of extraction including extraction temperature, extraction time, equilibration time, sample amount, desorption time and carrier gas flow rate were optimized. Extraction characteristics of three solid phase micro--extraction fibers--100μm PDMS, 50μm DVB/CAR/PDMS and 75μm CAR/PDMS were compared. The results indicated that the optimal conditions of analyzing volatile components in japonica rice are that selecting 50μm DVB/CAR/PDMS solid phase micro--extraction fibers, sample amount of 20g, extraction temperature of 80, extraction time of 60min, equilibration time of 45min, desorption time of 5min and carrier gas flow rate of 60 mL/min.
