静脉应用胺碘酮在重症监护病房治疗初发心房颤动的疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的:评价静脉胺碘酮在重症监护病房(ICU)初发心房颤动的有效性、安全性及相关因素。方法:回顾分析83例初发心房颤动患者,分为胺碘酮治疗组及对照组,3d内转复为窦性心律并维持24h为有效。结果:治疗组总有效率为89.74%,对照组总有效率为45.5%。治疗组平均住院时间(6.44±3.22)d,明显短于对照组(10.86±4.71)d。胺碘酮治疗组未发生严重的毒副作用。结论:胺碘酮在ICU治疗初发心房颤动安全有效,监测及时,同时还可缩短住院时间。
