摘要
[目的]探索适宜栾树幼苗生长的施肥浓度。[方法]使用根宝营养液的4种不同浓度处理栾树幼苗,对幼苗体内丙二醛、叶绿素含量及过氧化氢酶的活性等生理指标和叶面积大小等形态指标进行测定和分析。[结果]根宝液5 000倍稀释液对栾树幼苗生长最有利且最为经济,此后随着浓度的增加,栾树幼苗受到不同程度的胁迫。[结论]该研究为栾树幼苗施肥浓度提供了技术参考。
[Objective] The study aimed to seek for a suitable fertilizing concentration for Koelreuteria paniculata seedlings.[Method] In the test,4 different processing density of GEN BAO were used on the Koelreuteria paniculata seedlings.MDA,chlorophyll content and the CAT physiological and the leaf area size were analyzed in the experiment.[Result] The outcome indicated that under the treatment 1 the Koelreuteria paniculatas showed better conditions,then with the density increasing,the conditions of the Koelreuteria paniculata showed in different injured level.[Conclusion] The study will provide technical reference for suitable concentration of fertilizing for Koelreuteria paniculata seedlings.
