摘要
目的 :探讨负压去脂并发症的防治方法。 方法 :对并发症较多的腹部 ,设计骨性标志线 ;注射肿胀麻醉液先高浓度后低浓度、先封闭后广泛浸润 ;负压吸脂机由深而浅吸出脂肪。 结果 :该法应用于 435例 12 0 3个身体部位 ,发生各类并发症 19例 ,经正确处理均获得满意的结果。 结论 :本文肿胀麻醉液的配制、应用和对并发症等的综合预防方法有效地减少了并发症的发生。
Objective:To study the methods of prevention and treatment for the liposuction complications Method:Bone mark link lines was designed for abdominal liposuctions which the complication occured more frequently than others;Using The lidocain concentration in tumescenc aneasthetic liquid;from high lidocain concentration to low one,and injecting slowly in first 10 minutes;Dressing the suction area with the pressure and left no drainage Result:Liposuctions were performed on 1203 parts of 435 patients and 19 rarely complications occured that satisfactly results was obtained following aportune management Conclusion:The lidocain concentration designed and in jected from high to lower concentration in tumescenc aneasthetic,using and so on are reliable method for the safe liposuction,even though the prevention for rarely complication should be payed more attention too
