摘要
目的:总结采用医用电子去脂机对全身肥胖及局部脂肪堆积患者进行治疗的经验。方法:应用意大利产L.Z.M医用电子去脂机在肿胀麻醉技术下对209例肥胖患者进行脂肪抽吸,治疗脂肪抽吸部位1-5处,脂肪抽吸量50-3500ml,此数值为集液瓶中除血水外的纯脂肪量,脂肪占总吸出量2/3-4/5左右。结果:经6月-5年随访,脂肪抽吸区无脂肪反弹,皮肤回缩好,手感柔软。结论:电子去脂机行抽脂术损伤小、恢复快、远期皮肤回缩好。
Objective: Clinical experierce on electronic liposuction in treating wholebodily obsese patients and local fat deposites. Methods: Adopting medical electronic liposuction (soft lipomodel, made in Italy) machine, we have treated 209 cases of obese patients with tumescent liposuction. We selected 1 to 5 puncturing sites in each patient to perform liposuction, and fat volume varied from 50ml to 3500ml . The percentage of supernatant fat in the whole aspirated volume was 2/3 to 4/5 . Results: After 0. 5 to 5 years follow -up, all patients exhibited smooth recuperation with good skin retraction and flexibility. Conclusion: The electronic liposuction is a safe , moderate method for removal of fat deposites with long -term effects.
