摘要
目前国际上出现了一种新的吸脂设备高频电场吸脂机。其工作原理是利用插入脂肪组织中的两电极间产生的高频电场破坏脂肪细胞并将其吸出。其特点为出血少、无需做切口、易于处理纤维含量不同的脂肪组织，吸脂术后治疗部位无凹凸不平、设备操作易于掌握、功能较多便于术中使用与术后记录等。国内外尚未见临床应用的报道。为了解这一设备的临床使用价值，我们对１１０例患者使用高频电场吸脂机进行治疗，结果如下：１０９例患者获满意疗效—良好、完美（占９９．１％），均无凸凹不平：１例患者（占０．９％）出现血清肿。我们认为该设备使用简便、具有较多的功能、便于术中操作与术后记录、治疗效果良好，不失为一种较理想的新型吸脂工具。
A new technique of liposuction-high frequency electric field(H.F.E.F)liposuction was introduced recently. It's mechanism is based on H.F.E.F produced by two electric poles inserted into adipose tissue to destroy fat cells. The characteristics of this method are: multiple functions for operation and post-operative notes, with little bleeding, no suture, to be used easily in treating adipose tissue with various amounts of fibers, and no uneven area left. Reports about its clinical application are lacking. In order to make sure the clinic value of the instrument, we treated 110 patients with it. The results are as following: 109(99.1%)patients got good or excellent results-no uneven area left, 1 patient(0.9%)with seroma formation. We thought the method as one to operate easily, with multiple functions and yield very good aesthetic effect. It is an ideal new model in liposuction.
