摘要
构建高校辅导员招聘的科学机制,应以政治素养、业务素养两个层面构成科学指标体系。在制定科学标准的前提下,以我国公务员招聘考试为参照系,简化高校辅导员招聘的程序,构建以人机对话的心理测试、融合职业能力测试和文书撰写测试为一体的笔试为内容的考试模式,并在面试环节加强情境模拟考察。对新招聘的辅导员,需要进行动态的观察和持续的考评,从而实现高校辅导员岗位关键绩效指标(KPI)的制定和评价。
Making a scientific mechanism for counselor recruitment in colleges requires a scientific target system from the aspects of political accomplishment and professional competence. The precondition is to make a scientific standard and the reference is the civil servant recruitment exam, based on which the procedure of recruitment can be simplified. The exam model is a procedure consisting of computer-based psychological test, professional competence test, and professional paperwork in addition to interview. The new counselors should be evaluated with dynamic and constant observation to realize KPI.
