摘要
随着胜任力成为管理心理学领域的研究热点,其研究成果已逐渐渗透到人力资源管理开发的实践当中。近几年来国内许多学者对胜任力问题以及对大学辅导员胜任力的研究取得了一定的成果,将对胜任力研究应用于学校人力资源管理的总体规划、人员选拔、培训、指导职业发展和评估等实践方面,可以为学校人力资源管理开发的实际工作提供有益的参考依据。
With competence becoming a focus on research of manageraent psychology, its fruit has extended to practice of management and development of human resources. Some domestic scholar's researches of competence and competence as university assistants reach a fairly lot fruit in recent years. The research of competence should be applied to collectivity project of management and development of school human resources, personnel selection and training, guidance to occupation development and evaluation etc. It can offer beneficial reference foundation on research of management and development of school human resources.
