摘要
本研究通过夹闭沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉20min后再灌流1天或者7天造成脑缺血再灌流损伤模型观察灯盏花素对沙土鼠脑缺血再灌损伤的保护作用。结果表明灯盏花素能降低缺血后脑组织钙含量 ,减少海马CAI区神经元的死亡数量 ,增加神经元的密度。
The effect of breviscapine on cerebral ischemia injury was observed with the model that cerebral ischemia injury was caused by bilateral carotid arteries of gerbiles occluded for 20 min followed by 1 day or 7 days reperfusion.The results showed that breviscapine could decrease the content of calcium in brain after cerebral ischemia and the number of death of neuron in Hippocampal CAI sector and increase the density of neuron.It indicatd that breviscapine had the protective effect on cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury in gerbiles.Key word:Cerebral Ischemia,Reperfusion,Gerbiles,Breviscapinec research must be practical and realistic,down-to-earth,premature advancement must lead to failure.We should sum up experience,draw the lesson.There are many social and ethical problems in intracerebral transplantation.
