摘要
目的 :观察益肾降浊汤对小鼠缺血后脑组织能量代谢的影响。方法 :对小鼠进行双侧颈总动脉缺血再灌注 ,并用益肾降浊汤进行治疗。造模 2 4小时观察小鼠断头后张口喘气时间 ,用生化法测脑组织 ATP含量。结果 :模型组小鼠较正常组张口喘气时间显著缩短 ,ATP含量明显下降 ,而用药组张口喘气时间和 ATP含量都明显高于模型组。结论 :益肾降浊汤可改善脑缺血后脑组织能量代谢。
Objective:To observe the effects of YSJZ decoction on mice brain energy metabolism induced by cerebral ischemia.Methods:After performing cerebral ischemia reperfusion in mice,we treated them with YSJZ decoction.The gasping of mice were observed at the 24 th hour after operation and ATP contents were assayed by biochemical method.Results:The gasping of the modle group was significaltly shorten and ATP contents were distinctly decreased as compared with the control group.The gasping and ATP contents of administered group were significantly increased as compared with the modle group.Conclusions:YSJZ decoction may improve brain cell energy metabolism after cerbral ischemia.
