摘要
针对目前高速机床存在的实际问题以及对工具的系统要求,对工具系统的相关关键技术进行了探讨分析,分析的结果表明,工具中的刀柄形状以及结构选择,对于实现准确可靠的连接、保证良好的抗振性以及工艺结构性具有极为重要的意义。通过对于工具夹紧结构的分析,得出了影响其工作效果的相关因素以及变化规律,为工具系统的工程设计提供了重要的依据。
In view of the present problems of high speed machine tool and tool system requirements,some key technology of tool system are analyzed in the paper. The results of the analysis indicate, tool handle shape and structure for the realization of accurate and reliable connection, ensure good resistance to vibration and process structure has extremely important meaning. The tool clamping structure analysis, influencing its working effect correlation factor and the change law, as the tool system provides an important basis for the engineering design.
